Assisted Living Services (ALS)

Our assisted living services provides 24/7 daily in- home support services to seniors who are high-risk seniors living in the Scarborough community. Our clients are those living in our community and residing in their homes or apartments and are other service users.

To be eligible for this program you must be referred to the in -home services by our partners in the local community such as Home and community care support services.

Our   commitment to all our clients is to support them with well train and high-quality Personal support workers.  Our clients remained in their own homes and are independent and safe environment for as long as possible and not having the need to be in a nursing home. Many of our participants are socially isolated frail are challenged with mobility issues, and are without support network systems.

Services provided:

• case management
• emergency response 24/7
• wellness and health spas offered at our main campus
• medication management
• care co-ordination
• educational workshops on a variety of issues at our main campus
• personal support and home making services
• clients are re- assessment every 3 months to ensure their needs are met
• Daily security checks via the telephone and or in person.

Adult Day Services (ADS)

Our adult day services program or multi-lingual program that offers social recreational activities for people with physical or cognitive impairments. Individuals are cared for in a friendly and secured environment where we strived to keep everyone socially active, mentally and physically stimulated. The programs we offer also provide the opportunity for family members /caregivers to have time to themselves and manage stress of providing care.

The adult day services program we offer are the Alzheimer day program and frail elderly day program. These programs are for individual:

• Who are isolated and vulnerable with physical impairment?
• With Alzheimer’s disease or any other form dementia
• Recovering from stroke who are socially isolated

Enhance adult day program

•  Is for frail at risk older adult with moderate to high cognitive impairment, behavior issues and/ or complex medical chronic condition
• Individual in this program need to be referred by Home and community care support services.

Our dedicated staffs organize many different activities for individuals while day or visiting an adult day service program.

Here are some things to expect in the ADS program:

• Activities such has arts and craft, yoga, memories game and gardening
• Services in many different languages including English, Cantonese, mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish Italian and Vietnamese.
•  A daily hot meal, beverages and snacks
• Assistance with personal care and feeding

How hour of operation Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
